Acrylic E-Coating Priming-Each Reading service body and cap features a two-sided zinc coated A-60 galvannealed steel construction, and each steel body receives a 12-state process which thoroughly cleans, rinses, and finally primes the steel by electrically fusing the primer to the steel. This process provides complete coverage to the body, even in the most hidden or recessed areas.

Rugged understructure features fully unitized welding with U-beam girders braced and reinforced at all critical stress points. All understructures are further treated with a tough oil base undercoating thereby receiving a double-coat of rust and corrosion protection.

Die-formed seamless wheelhouse panels eliminate seams where water and road soil can build up and lead to corrosion.

Doors are double-paneled for greater durabilty and are mounted on hidden hinges with overlapping door construction. All vertical doors have nitrogen door strut holders. Which resists forceable entry, eliminates exposure to the elements and minimizes maintenance requirements.

Automotive-quality rotary locks feature a spring-loaded polished stainless steel lock handle which moves freely when in locked position to prevent forced entry. Cam mechanism has an Ever-lube coating that provides continual lubrication. The key cylinder with an exclusive leak-proof design allows key entry in either position and is guaranteed for life for the original owner of the body. An adjustable striker plate permits easy adjustment of door closure necessitated by normal wear.

Multiple adjustable shelves of galvanized steel lock in place and lift out to create larger storage areas. Self dividers are adjustable on 2” centers.
