The Vanair® Drill Compressor Module Lineup
Vanair® offers a full range of single-stage and two-stage drill modules from 310 to 1,350 CFM. Whichever way you drill, there’s a configuration to match.
DR 310 — 310 CFM / 200 PSI
A compact module ideally suited for shallow wells and low-pressure, low-flow work. Can be hydraulically or engine driven and is designed for easy maintenance when mounted on the vehicle.
DR 435 — 435 CFM / 200 PSI
Built around a made-in-the-USA, field-proven Sullair® rotary screw air end with a small footprint and a remote separator tank for flexible mounting and easy maintenance.
DR 500 & DR 500HF — 500 CFM / 200 PSI
More air for tougher jobs, with a Sullair® rotary screw air end and a remote separator tank. Available with either an integral shaft-driven or hydraulic-driven cooling system to fit your setup.
DR 600XP — 600 CFM / 250 PSI (High Pressure)
The high-pressure option for the most demanding work—directional, down-the-hole, percussive hammer, and rock drilling. The DR 600XP delivers enough air and pressure to run a 4-inch hammer drill.
DR 770 — 770 CFM / 150 PSI
High-volume air to get the toughest jobs completed, designed for easy maintenance when mounted on the vehicle.
DR 900 — 900 CFM / 150 PSI
Big air power, performance, and durability for water well, geothermal, oil & gas, blasthole, and controlled-pressure drilling.
Two-Stage Drill Modules — up to 1,350 CFM / 350 PSI
When you need the most air at the highest pressure, Vanair’s two-stage modules deliver up to 1,350 CFM and 350 PSI—robustly engineered and field tested to meet your challenge day after day.
